Our Mission

At CoFlyer™, our mission is to make travel safer, easier, and more enjoyable by connecting travelers with compatible travel companions on similar journeys. We believe kindness, respect, honesty, and mutual support help create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive travel community.

This Community Charter establishes the standards of conduct expected from every user of the CoFlyer platform. By accessing or using CoFlyer, you agree to comply with this Community Charter, which forms part of the CoFlyer Terms & Conditions and should be read together with the CoFlyer Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Our Community Values

Every member of the CoFlyer community is expected to:

• Treat others with kindness, dignity, respect, and courtesy.
• Communicate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith.
• Respect personal privacy, boundaries, cultural differences, and individual preferences.
• Be punctual and considerate of other users' travel arrangements.
• Follow all applicable airline, airport, immigration, customs, and government regulations.
• Foster an inclusive environment that welcomes travelers regardless of nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or background.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy community.

2. Community Expectations

Whether seeking assistance or volunteering to assist another traveler, users agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and current information.
• Verify the identity of another user whenever reasonably possible before meeting.
• Meet only in safe, public locations such as airport terminals.
• Respect another user's decision to decline, postpone, or discontinue communication or any meeting.
• Protect their own personal information, travel documents, and belongings.
• Exercise independent judgment before, during, and after every interaction.
• Respect local laws, airline policies, and airport security requirements.
• Promptly report suspicious, threatening, unlawful, or unsafe conduct to the appropriate authorities when necessary.

3. Prohibited Conduct

To help protect the community, users must not:

• Request, solicit, or offer money, loans, donations, or financial assistance through CoFlyer.
• Carry luggage, parcels, packages, or personal belongings for another person without personally knowing and verifying their contents.
• Carry passports, identification documents, cash, medications, controlled substances, or valuable property on behalf of another person.
• Misrepresent their identity, travel plans, qualifications, or intentions.
• Harass, intimidate, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, exploit, or abuse another user.
• Use CoFlyer for fraud, scams, phishing, spam, commercial solicitation, or advertising.
• Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful content.
• Encourage or participate in unlawful conduct or conduct that violates airline or airport regulations.
• Provide medical, legal, immigration, financial, or other professional advice unless appropriately qualified and legally authorized.
• Attempt to access another user's account or personal information without authorization.

4. Safety First

Your personal safety should always be your highest priority. If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you should end the interaction immediately; move to a secure public location; contact airport personnel, emergency services, or local authorities if appropriate; and notify CoFlyer so that appropriate action may be considered.

Users are encouraged to inform trusted family members or friends of their travel plans; share meeting details with someone they trust; avoid sharing sensitive financial, personal, or identity information; and trust their instincts and discontinue any interaction that feels unsafe.

5. Independent Participation

CoFlyer is an online technology platform that facilitates introductions between travelers. All communications, meetings, travel arrangements, and decisions are made voluntarily and independently by users. CoFlyer does not employ, supervise, or control users or travel companions; verify the identity or background of every user; guarantee the conduct, reliability, compatibility, intentions, or suitability of any travel companion; guarantee that any travel companion match will be available or successful; or supervise or participate in meetings or travel arrangements between users. Each user remains solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any interaction and making independent travel decisions.

6. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report conduct that violates this Community Charter, including fraud or scams; harassment or discrimination; threats or abusive behavior; fake profiles or impersonation; unsafe or unlawful conduct; and violations of airline, airport, or government regulations. CoFlyer may review reports and take action where appropriate. Submission of a report does not guarantee any particular outcome or investigation.

7. Enforcement

Failure to comply with this Community Charter may result in action by CoFlyer, including removal of content; issuing warnings; temporary suspension of an account; permanent termination of an account; and restricting access to some or all Platform features. Where appropriate, CoFlyer may also report suspected unlawful conduct to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Nothing in this Community Charter obligates CoFlyer to monitor user activity or investigate every report submitted.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This Community Charter should be read together with the CoFlyer Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If there is any inconsistency between this Community Charter and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to this Community Charter

CoFlyer may revise this Community Charter from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, or community standards. Updated versions will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of CoFlyer after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Community Charter.
