Platform Policies
This document supplements the CoFlyer Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Charter, and Disclaimer.
Part 1 — Acceptable Use Policy
Purpose
CoFlyer is intended to help travelers connect respectfully and safely. Users must use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You Must Not
Users must not:
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Create fake or duplicate accounts.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or discriminate against another user.
- Use the Platform for fraud, scams, phishing, spam, or commercial solicitation.
- Request or offer money through CoFlyer.
- Carry luggage or valuable items for another person without personally knowing and verifying the contents.
- Upload malware or harmful software.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Collect personal information about other users without permission.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Use automated bots or scraping tools without authorization.
- Violate airline, airport, customs, immigration, or other applicable laws.
Enforcement
CoFlyer may investigate suspected violations and may remove content; suspend accounts; permanently terminate accounts; restrict Platform access; and report unlawful activity to law enforcement where appropriate. Nothing in this Policy requires CoFlyer to actively monitor all user activity.
Part 2 — Safety Guidelines
While CoFlyer promotes safe travel, every user is responsible for their own decisions.
Before Meeting
- Verify the other person's identity whenever reasonably possible.
- Review their profile carefully.
- Ask questions before agreeing to meet.
- Share your travel plans with trusted family or friends.
Meeting Another Traveler
- Meet only in public areas such as airport terminals.
- Never meet in isolated locations.
- Keep your own travel documents with you.
- Maintain control of your luggage at all times.
Personal Property
Never carry unknown packages; carry another person's passport; carry another person's medications; or carry cash or valuables for another traveler unless you fully understand and accept the risks.
Personal Information
Protect your passport information, government identification, banking information, credit card numbers, home address, passwords, and security codes.
If Something Feels Wrong
If you ever feel uncomfortable: end the interaction immediately; move to a safe public location; contact airport personnel or local authorities; and report the incident to CoFlyer. Trust your instincts. Your personal safety always comes first.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function properly and improve the user experience.
Cookies We May Use
We may use essential cookies required for Platform functionality; preference cookies that remember settings; analytics cookies that help us understand Platform usage; and security cookies that help detect fraud and protect accounts.
