This Disclaimer forms part of the agreement between you and CoFlyer™ ("CoFlyer," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the CoFlyer website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer. This Disclaimer should be read together with the CoFlyer Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Community Charter.

1. Platform Purpose

CoFlyer is an online technology platform that facilitates introductions between travelers who may be traveling on similar routes. CoFlyer does not:

• Provide transportation services.
• Operate as a travel agency.
• Provide caregiving, escort, security, or personal assistance services.
• Provide medical, legal, immigration, financial, or other professional advice.
• Employ, supervise, or control travelers, travel companions, or volunteers.
• Arrange or manage travel itineraries or transportation.

The Platform exists solely to help users independently connect with one another.

2. Platform Only

CoFlyer acts solely as an intermediary technology platform and does not participate in, supervise, monitor, or control communications, meetings, or interactions between users. CoFlyer does not guarantee the identity of any user; the qualifications of any user; the intentions of any user; the conduct of any user; the compatibility of any travel companion; the availability, completeness, or accuracy of user-provided information; that a travel companion match will be found; or that any meeting or shared journey will occur successfully. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CoFlyer does not perform background checks on users.

3. User Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any travel companion; protecting their own personal information and belongings; verifying travel documents and legal requirements; making independent travel decisions; exercising reasonable judgment before, during, and after every interaction; and complying with all airline, airport, immigration, customs, security, and local laws. Users should never rely solely on information provided through the Platform when making travel or personal safety decisions.

4. Volunteers

Individuals identified as volunteers participate entirely on a voluntary basis. Volunteers are not employees, agents, representatives, contractors, partners, or authorized spokespersons of CoFlyer. Any assistance provided by volunteers is offered independently and at the volunteer's own discretion.

5. Assumption of Risk

Users acknowledge that meeting new people, communicating with strangers, and traveling independently involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury; illness; death; property damage or loss; theft; fraud; identity misrepresentation; criminal conduct; missed flights; flight delays or cancellations; financial loss; emotional distress; and other unforeseen circumstances. By using CoFlyer, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use of the Platform and all interactions with other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoFlyer, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, volunteers, licensors, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising from or relating to user interactions; travel arrangements; missed flights; flight delays or cancellations; personal injury or illness; death; theft, fraud, or criminal conduct; property loss or damage; identity misrepresentation; disputes between users; government actions or travel restrictions; or any use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

7. No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoFlyer expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose; non-infringement; accuracy; availability; reliability; security; and uninterrupted operation. CoFlyer makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free or continuously available.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoFlyer, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, volunteers, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Platform; your interactions with other users; your violation of the Terms & Conditions or applicable law; and your negligent, unlawful, or wrongful conduct.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications. CoFlyer is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, security, or services provided by any third party. Your use of third-party services is solely at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

10. Changes to this Disclaimer

CoFlyer may revise this Disclaimer from time to time. Updated versions will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
